Sandeep created 3i-Strategy in 2014 to fill a gap in the Australian market development space. The gap between thoughtful plans and good outcomes. He has substantial expertise working with entrepreneurs as well as with large transformative programs and projects.

Sandeep has deep experience building and executing strategy and transformation projects in the financial services industries across Australia, and APAC including new market development and EPMO for enterprise, startups and incubators.
He is successful at establishing the vision to create go-to-market strategies, grow and optimise business and operational footprints across geographies.
Sandeep has led several large-scale transformation programs including building a large-scale shared services centre for Thomson Reuters and CEO for a US based software business, Adaequare where he worked with governments and Big 4 Advisory firms consulting with global companies to successfully implement several complex GST transformation programs.
Sandeep’s strengths are based in strategy, technology program management and Lean Six Sigma. He has deep experience across market development, business transformation, program management & process improvement, complex technology sales, shared services, mergers & acquisitions, alliances and partnerships for companies like Thomson Reuters and HSBC, Ford Credit and ANZ Bank.
Sandeep was sponsored by Ford Credit for an Executive MBA from RMIT University and has a Post Graduate Diploma in IT from Monash University and Economics degree from Adelaide University.
In addition to certifications in Project Management, Sandeep is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma through the Six Sigma Academy of Dr. Mikel J Harry, the principal architect of Six Sigma, sponsored by Ford Credit.
Sandeep was a member of the APAC Executive Leadership Team at Thomson Reuters for their Tax & Accounting business where he participated in a Global Leadership Program at INSEAD in Singapore
