As ESG and compliance pressures increase, many organisations are struggling to integrate sustainability data with financial systems. Taxilla, already a leader in financial and tax data transformation, partnered with 3i Strategy to break into this space—offering a unified platform for CFO’s and CSO’s.
Approach
We designed a go-to-market strategy focused on advisory firms in Australia and Southeast Asia. Rather than offering another reporting tool, Taxilla was positioned as a single-source-of-truth platform—bridging data silos between finance, sustainability, and tax.
Journey
3i Strategy is supporting the development of Taxilla’s ESG module, designed user workflows for assurance firms, and brokered partnerships with consulting firms and pilot clients in the sustainability space. We also lead early-stage outreach to regulators and CFO networks to validate product–market fit and regulatory alignment.
Outcome
Taxilla is now onboarding pilot customers and is being integrated into consulting toolkits for ESG readiness assessments. As mandates for sustainability disclosures grow, the platform is primed to become the trusted infrastructure layer for ESG-financial integration in the region.
